What to expect Each skill session will begin by breaking down the fundamentals of the skill on flat land, before progressing to the trails to practice on appropriate level features. The group size will be limited to 8 to give lots of practice time, and plenty of opportunities for coach feedback and video analysis. The goal is to give you the skills you need to ride with more confidence, and tackle new and challenging trails.
The fitness sessions are aimed at building the strength, power and endurance needed to ride mountain bike trails. Whether you are riding for fun, to get fit, or to race these sessions will improve your fitness and help you get more from your riding. As the sessions are based on intervals, riders of all ability can join in without worrying about being left behind.
